Red Ticket Entrance
Location: South Capitol Street at C St SE
Directions
Walking or taking the bus
Signs around the city will direct you to the U.S. Capitol. Once you get closer to the U.S. Capitol, follow signs directing you to the Red area. The Red gate is at South Capitol and C St SE.
Coming from the East of the city or RFK Stadium
Follow signs to the U.S. Capitol. Once you reach Fourth St. and East Capitol, signs will direct you to the Red area.
Coming from the South West or Nationals Park Stadium
Walk north on South Capitol St. until you reach signs directing you to the Red Gate.
Coming on the MARC or AMTRAK
Take the train to Union Station, exit Union Station at Columbus circle and follow signs to the Red Gate.

- Do not exit at Judiciary Square, Union Station or Federal Center SW.
- Archives, Smithsonian and Mt Vernon Square stations are closed.

Capitol South
Access your seating area through Capitol South. Signs outside the station will lead you to the Red gate at South Capitol and C St. SE.
Eastern Market
You can also access the Red area through Eastern Market. Outside the station, follow signs to the U.S. Capitol. Signs directing you to the Red area will start on Second and C Streets SE.
Accessibility
Exit at Capitol South or Eastern Market, both have accessible elevators. Outside the station, look for directional signs. At Capitol South, ADA Trained Visitor Services Personnel wearing red coats will assist you in getting to the Red gate. Signs mark accessible paths to and from the Capitol South elevators.

Blue Ticket Entrance
Location: D St at Delaware Ave. NE
Access your seating area through Union Station. There is a pathway for blue ticket holders starting at Columbus Circle, just outside Union Station. The Blue gate is at Delaware and D Street NE.

Union Station
Union Station is the best Metro station for your ticket. It is located on the Red line.
NoMa-Gallaudet U
You can also exit at NoMa-Gallaudet U, from the exit follow signs to the U.S. Capitol Building:
Walk south along First St. NE, signs directing you to the Blue area will be at Massachusetts Ave. and First St. NE. You can also walk south down Third St. NE, following signs to the Capitol.

Use the Non Ticketed Mall Entrances
Locations:
- Constitution Ave at 12 St NW
- Constitution Ave at 9th St NW
- Constitution Ave at 7th St NW
- Independence Ave at 7th St SW
- Independence Ave at 12th St SW
Entry to the Non Ticketed Mall Viewing area is along Constitution Avenue NW and Independence Avenue SW from 7th street to the Washington monument. Some entrances will close as the areas fill up.
Metro has walking instructions to the non-ticketed mall from nearby stations. Purchase a return farecard in advance to avoid lines.
Directions
Coming from RFK Stadium, or Eastern Washington DC
Follow signs directing you to the Non Ticketed Mall. You will be directed along North Carolina Avenue SE and around the southern side of the freeway. Signs will direct you to the Non Ticketed mall entry points along Independence Avenue SW.
Coming from Nationals Park Stadium
Follow signs directing you to the Non Ticketed Mall. They will direct you to the entrances on Independence Avenue SW and 7th street SW.
Coming from North Washington, DC
Follow signs directing you to the Non Ticketed Mall viewing area. Signs in NW will lead to entry points along Constitution Avenue NW (from Seventh St. NW onward). From Northeast, signs will lead around the Capitol to Non Ticketed Mall access points in Southwest.
Metro
- Union Station, Judiciary Square, Capitol South and Federal Center SW are for ticketed areas only. There are no access routes from these stations.
- Smithsonian and Archives stations are closed.
