Cinnamon Crumble

Served at the Inaugural Luncheon, 2013

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour, all purpose
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter, unsalted, chilled, cut in to 1/2 inch cubes

Preparation

  1. Blend first 5 ingredients in a food processor.

  2. Add chilled butter cubes; using on/off turns, cut in until mixture resembles wet sand.
